The resort was ok the pool bartenders were great the rest of the staff seems rude always looked angry except for a few the entertainment staff was good but it’s not there fault the hotel was just a bit boring

Update the facility

entertainment was horrible we was at adults only was everything was shut off turn off by 11:00pm , the bar closed nothing was available over adults, we have to go over the family section, remember it's was adults only, we felt like we were in the nursing home ,where we had to get to bed by 11:00pm that's definitely no good. Second time there, I went to the family side first & enjoyed it there, but ooh no adults luxury lame. They needed more activity with staff entertaining the guests. Like the rue and other's hotels. Food wasn't soo bad just but salty. But the stuff was excellent 👌

Lack of towels and wash rags , it took multiple hours for them to provide them .

The room was old and half of the things not working. The toilet wasn’t working I had to move to another room. there were no robe or slippers as advertised. Floor appears dirty. Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. I wold not stay there again or recommend anyone.

Spa great. Staff could be friendlier ladies who sit at desk to the left when you walk in and the ladies who worked the casino were not friendly. Everyone else was great who worked there.
