Gulf Coast Kid friendly Holidays

First, I have to say that the property is beautiful and well mantained. The issues I had were with the employees. I arrived from a long trip and drove to the check in in automatic, as in almost every hotel, to pull put my luggage. The man explained something to my companion, honestly he didn’t understand, neither did I. Then he said no, no, and he came and asked where am I from? Which I felt as rather confrontational. To which after this encounter explained that the luggage must be kept inside the car to drive to the villas. Something that could have been explained in English first thing. Second, when I arrived at the check in the lady just said “Give me your ID”, not a welcome, not a good afternoon, nothing, at this point what I thought is how poor trained are the employees to be attentive and just simple manners that you can expect while arriving to a hotel. The second day of my stay there was a water shortage in my building, I called since we needed to take a shower and I had to practically demand an answer to the problem, we went from the lady practically saying I had to wait until 5 pm, advancing from one stage to another by demanding a solution. At last, another room key was offered but I had to go to the reception, to which I asked to send it to my room. Overall guest service or the attitude of employees is like doing the least they can overall this is the feeling, with additional lack of manners. I did speak with some Latin employees which were very kind.
