Maricaban Island Kid friendly Holidays

Amazing staff, rooms, pool, restaurant, and gym! The wifi is a bit spotty at times, and the elevator could take long, but other than that, everything exceeded my expectations!

Spacious, beautiful place

Rooms were decent, location close to the airport, but the staff let it down, especially at the restaurant they were very off putting, unprofessional, rude, disgenuine, when we asked for their managers name, their response was 'i dont know the name of the manager', front desk reception could also be improved with clear communication and faster service, also heavy security presence upon entering the hotel, this might be a Manilla wide thing , overall ok but few improvements to be made

There are both positive and negative aspects of this hotel. On the positive side, the staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean, modern, and cozy with their wonderful comforters. We enjoyed a complimentary buffet breakfast featuring Filipino cuisine, ensuring no guest left hungry. However, there is a downside: reaching the pool requires climbing 34 stairs to the rooftop pool which might be challenging for elderly guests small children or those with mobility issues. Therefore, this hotel’s pool is not suitable for everyone. The hotel is right by the airport and we were hoping to watch the planes land and takeoff. We had a corner room, on the 3rd floor unfortunately it overlooked two construction sites right in front of our window.

We had a stop over at the hotel only there overnight Arrived late left early Room was good We had dinner at the hotel restaurant which great Breakfast was good Staff helpful getting taxi in the morning Will stay again as we travel alot from Australia to our house in the Philippines stayed lots of places this one is good

Staff were very friendly, beds and pillows were great.
