Overall, the stay was good and the hotel is a nice place to stay. We tried both the veg and non-veg lunch thali at ITC, and both were very good. However, there were a couple of disappointing aspects. During checkout, no staff came to assist us with the luggage even after we waited for around 10 minutes, so we had to manage it ourselves. The morning breakfast buffet was also quite disappointing. Most of the food seemed to have been prepared or kept out for some time, and almost everything we tried was cold. A hotel of this standard should definitely ensure that buffet items are served fresh and at the proper temperature. The stay and lunch were good overall, but the breakfast quality and checkout service could be improved considerably.

Our stay was very disappointing due to the poor cleanliness and hygiene of the room. We found cockroaches, lizards, mosquitoes and spiders inside the room. More concerning, we also noticed insect/animal droppings, including on the bed. This made us extremely uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. A hotel room should at minimum be clean, hygienic and properly maintained. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet even these basic expectations. The management should take immediate steps to improve pest control, housekeeping and overall room hygiene.
