"Hice la reserva vía Expedia y cuando llegué al hotel en el cpunter me quisieron cobrar adicional, aduciendo que las habitaciones (2) que tenían eran solo para adultos y niños, cuando claramente especifiqué que mis hijos tenían 16 años.
