"We booked 2 family rooms and the room was full of dust seems not cleaned for quite a while. We requested to room cleaning only to be cleaned the night before we checked out. by the way we stayed there for 3 nights. We slept in the room for 2 nights without our room cleaned despite requests and hanging ..."
