Crazy music, pool was closed at 90 degree, crooket mattress, internet bad connection. D for failure

Smelled like cigarettes the whole time we were there. Difficult checking in at kiosk. Website wasn’t very useful. Checking out was confusing.

Stayed here for Eagles concert only 2 nights. Room with sphere view and it was worth it. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Avoid using kiosk for check in. Check in with person and will be more helpful. Best meal we had was at CUT. $$$$ but worth it.

Nice hotel but be ready to pay additional fees per day, $65 parking and $30 amenity fees per day

I have not stayed at Mandalay Bay for quite some time. I was pleasantly surprised. The Restore room was great and the team was polite and professional. Recognition for Christine at the front desk

Way overpriced for the state of this property. Cheap coffee in the room, not replenished daily. shower not really working. Restaurant terrible. If you like motel 6 this is a place for you
