Room very clean and fresh. Staff was friendly and very accommodating

Courteous staff, very helpful with any questions. Check in and check out could not be any more seamless and easy. My only complaint is the same as the last three times I've stayed here, I really miss having a coffee pot in my room.

The resort, restaurants, proximity to the sphere, and staff are all 5 stars. The room itself only 3 stars.

Room was clean. Guest service was nice and helpful whenever we needed our beds redone or more towels to the room etc. Lots to do around the hotel. We brought our 4 kids (5, 9, 10, 11) and they enjoyed it. Only thing I didn’t like was the casino floor is filled with cigarette smoke but we know this isn’t a place for kids to begin with so that’s not something I would judge them poorly on. It’s Vegas. All in all, we had a great time.
