Very happy we chose Palheira Village for our stay. The place exceeded our expectations with beautiful views, large rooms and house was very clean. The heated swimming pool was perfect and the kids really enjoyed it. Staff was friendly and responsive. The restaurant at the golf course near by had great food and service and the views were amazing.
I highly recommend this place and will be rebooking here whenever I visit Madeira.
My only wish was that the homes had basics in the kitchen like salt, pepper, sugar, coffee and oil.

Very nice rooms and incredible breakfast buffet. We really appreciated the special touches they added for our honeymoon. It's easy walking distance from old town and has wonderful restaurants nearby. We loved catching sunset by their beautiful pool with ocean views. It feels very peaceful.

The hotel was excellent. The reception and welcome superb. Sadly the rooftop bar was full and the other hotel bar was operated by two people who were not particularly friendly or efficient until it came to payment / tip.

This resort is amazing. The food alone is worth the visit. Beautiful rooms, pools and views. It seems designed more as a couples venue as the shower and toilets are glass walled but at least enough obscuring glass for some privacy. Could make a friends’ trip a bit awkward if you don’t know someone well. But still a brilliant place.
