Mediterranean Sea Kid friendly Holidays

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

Clean room, comfortable bed, loved the room itself. However, I wanted to put some bottled water in the refrigerator for my room and was told the refrigerator was not for personal use. It’s ridiculous that I couldn’t use the refrigerator. Also, when I was in my room the tv kept cutting out with an internet connectivity error. Very annoying.

We had stayed at this hotel 10 years ago, now we came back again and found it’s still brand new ! So excited!

Beautiful Hotel...Great Staff...but no in room coffee. It is a long haul to get some too.

Room was very clean and well maintained. Square footage was generous and our view from the 32nd floor was outstanding! We were disappointed that there are not coffee makers in the room. Coffee is very expensive downstairs and not very convenient to elevator banks.

Staff was nice. Rooms were nice. Hotel needs to alot of updates. The Casino was the worst of all of them as far as the smoke. As soon as you walk in the main entrance, it’s over whelming. There is a non smoking section but not advertised

Rooms were spotless. The Vida restaurant needs more staff. It took 40 minutes to get our food from the time we sat down. The waiter was overwhelmed.
