Ko Surin Nuea Kid friendly Holidays

Prior to booking at the Old Phuket, we had to find a new place to stay at 8:00pm due to oar AIRBNB room somewhere else, had no Air Conditioning and was dirty. We felt So blessed to find Old Phuket Resort. Staff was great at check in. When we opened the door to our villa - we were in shock !! Hot tub outside, large, cool, room with a desk and places to sit. Beautiful large bathroom AND outdoor private shower.Concierge staff Chai helped us with drivers to different places. So many things in walking distance.

My husband and I LOVED this property! The staff was very friendly, the Spa was the best we have been to, and the room and amenities were incredible!

I truly enjoyed my stay here and was able to be spoiled for the entire stay.

Room was very comfortable and cleaned every day. Was pleasantly surprised that this is exactly what it claims to be. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Totally relaxed atmosphere right on beach. Pool area were lovely. Breakfast was good too. Would highly recommend. Good value for money and quick response from hotel on any queries you may have.

The gym was not huge but useful. Staff was nice and friendly.

Our stay at Keemala was absolutely amazing! Everything was super clean and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast is a must try!

The staff were absolutely incredible , although the check in experience felt cheap and Disney-esque , along with the laminated menus in the rooms … the room however was not up to standard , it was noisy at all times of day , with it being right in front of what seemed to be a main road , totally ruined the feeling of privacy .

The best hotel I’ve stayed in a while! Had a garden view which is of the pool and it was gorgeous! Staff was so nice and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and worth the extra charge. Clean room clean hotel in general 10/10

As we get older, the only issue i have is the number of stairs and access to my room and amenities.

We spent 9 nights in May / June 2026 as a family of four with two boys aged 9 and 7. The hotel and rooms were spotless. The staff were amazing, always available to help and very polite and kind. The hotel has beautiful views of the bay and the Big Buddha at the rear. The food in the restaurant was really good. Everyone was really helpful including the security who helped us park the car everyday. We loved our stay and will definitely come back. Thank you for an amazing holiday
