Room was nice size, great views of the strip, good food choices and entertainment options.

I realize the Shops in the Mall, are there to make money, but it was very aggravating to be harassed every few feet, while strolling and trying to enjoy our vacation. During our stay on Wednesday, we never received room service. The rooms were hot, no matter what temp was set on thermostat making it Very uncomfortable to rest or sleep. Otherwise, we had a nice stay and emjoyed time with our family

Room is clean. We stayed 2 nights. But only one thigh I fell upset is about the cleaing. I did not know why they not cleand our room and refilled amenities. No one explained to us. And the customer service took a while to reach the representative. Overall, we enjoyed the room.

The room is clean and the staff is friendly. There is no coffee maker in the room. The room is super dark even with all the lights on. We had to go to two seperate buildings and two seperate elevators to get to our room. Room was really far away from everything. Restaurants were good (Grand Lux, Matteos, Milos)

I am a very needy guest, calling the desk for more pillows and blankets and such and not once did they sound annoyed and they practically fulfilled my request before I was done asking for it. This is the perfect hotel, employees and perfect location on billionaires row. Grocery stores and drug store just a 30 second walk. Pizza, Italian., Mediterranean right across the street. Açai bowl just around the corner and the Russian Tea Room just a 2 min walk. THIS is the place to stay.
