This was my second time to this resort, the food is very good and well seasoned. The drink host Teresa in the lobby made me and my brothers feel so welcome every night. For those concerned about safety no problems in that area. The facility is beautiful and is walkable and it has transportation around the grounds. It will need some updating soon but nothing to deter from experience. Would I return, absolutely!

The staff was super nice. The room was kept clean all the time. The food was really good. The only complain I wouldhave is the sargassum at the beach. It's not the hotel's fault, though. They tried to clean but it's impossible to stop that red wave all over the shore

This resort was amazing. Great entertainment, beautiful pool, huge variety of food. The staff was alway very corteous and helpful. We went in a group of moms and daughters and we had an amazing time. Must do: restaurant Assadito (it is a steak house) and watch all shows at night, they are really good.
