Very smelly buffet, the whole area looks you’re walking in fish market with greasey smell! Dated juice in bars and buffet Old beds all making noise,

It was a great resort for kids of all ages, for teenagers on March break, for couples with young kids, for grandparents with grandkids. It’s a very large resort, but the shuttle service is able to minimize the hardship of going from the beach to the lobby for example.

The place is beautiful and the staff is wonderful

We have being in several AI hotels in Cancun and the Caribbean and this one without a question is at the top of our list. The staff is awesome, we can´t name one person who wasn´t nice to us. Kudos to the entertainment team, they will keep you busy the whole day with a bunch of activities. And the girls at the kids club, they are amazing, it shows they just love working with kids. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The beach was very nice. The buffet and the "a la carte" restaurant also good but ask for suggestions since some are better tan others. We are already planning on going back this summer!!

Excellent experience. Phenomenal staff and very clean. Food is very good not great but my wife and I will definitely be coming back.
