The room was lovely, as we're the staff... But there was only ever one man on reception at a time. Both we saw were lovely and professional and doing the best they could but it lead to long waits to check in, check out and pick up our bags before we left.
On the Saturday night there was also some very loud women in the courtyard until about midnight which echoed up and even though the window was closed it made it sound like they were right outside the window even though we were on the fourth floor
