I had the pleasure of meeting several staff members during my stay, all of whom went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and accommodate requests such as luggage storage and early check-in. The complimentary foot massage was an unexpected and much-appreciated touch. I look forward to staying with you again on my next visit. Great location, Clean room and facilities, although needs updating. (Elevator doesn't go all the way to the lobby) Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurant and shops. Airport transfer available, which was very convenient. Good Nepalese food in restaurant.

We had a business suite, which was spacious and very clean. Treally all hotel staff was super friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed as well both house restaurants, which served high quality food (The Chimney wins..) Truly a 5 star hotel in a great central location. When we come back, we will stay here again for sure.

The Milestone has a friendly team of staff and is well managed. The restaurant has multiple options of breakfasts available and the rooms have really good a/c which is a huge relief during hot days. Multiple staff at the front desk are knowledgable on all the best spots in the area and will be able to guide you on pretty much anything you will need! Awesome stay guys, won't forget it! Truely appriciate the hospitality.
