Each one of the staff knows what top class customer service is all about !
If I can suggest one thing ----->
The Lounge food and beverage DEFINITELY needs improvement. The selection is too small... It falls short compared to the other hotel loungers we experienced. Also very IMPORTANT is to at least remind the guest that the breakfast downstairs at Feria is separate and for additional pay and not the same as the breakfast in the Lounge.
