Amazing property. And pretty quiet ambience throughout our stay. Happy hour deal at the Bar is unbeatable and drinks were steomg and flowing quite nicely. Pool area ambience and drink and bite options available were excellent. Plenty of seating and lounging areas throughout the property. Amazing hospitality from all the staff

The only thing I liked about this hotel is the food was delicious.

You need the pool open at 8:00am. You need more rain mist at the pool areas. Lockers that can hold a carry-on bag at the spa that you can use on your last day so you can get dressed.

This Hotel was one of a kind. I traveled for my birthday and got a corner room at this hotel that was just gorgeous, with a huge balcony and great views. With the convenience of the mall connected, being walking distance to nice restaurants and all of the great amenities and staff I can confidently say you won’t regret booking with East Hotel.

The staff is very friendly, always helpful, and has a great attitude. The rooms are spacious, and we really liked the pool.

Loved everything about the stay. Already booking the next trip
