Mangole Kid friendly Holidays

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

Room was super outdated. Upgrade was really expensive and not worth it. No real amenities to speak of. Location was awesome.

The room i had was amazing. Ultra vista room. Had fantastic view of strip and bellagio fountains. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly

The room was comfortable, I liked the high floor and strip views. The fitness center was very good 😊

We didn’t check in until 8 pm and our rom still wasn’t ready. We waited about 45 minutes, and the our keys didn’t work. After a long walk back to the lobby, we were told “Oh, kiosk check-in usually doesn’t work” When we asked why they offered/ urged kiosk check-in if it didn’t usually work, they had now answer. The room looked overall clean but then we found a partially used sticky bar of soap from a previous guest in the shower ( on the shower shelf ) Not at all what we expected from the Venetian.

Completely magical experience staying here. The superlative staff, stunning design and perfect location couldn’t have been better. This is my new home in Roma!
