Yes, staff was wonderful, helpful, kind, and smily; the room was clean, with fresh linens daily and tidy, all graciously spoke english as appropriate and went out of their way to be helpful; the food and service were fabulous; amenities were very appropriate for our needs; and the cost very fair. This hotel was perfect for exploring all the sights in the centre of the city. The cost was very reasonable. The bedrooms were large, modern and well equipped. At breakfast there was plenty of choice, both Albanian and "Western European", it could get very busy at times though.
