Beautiful hotel. Staff were kind and welcoming. We really appreciate the hot honey lemon tea on arrival after a long day travelling. Great location right in the action but on a quieter street than others around. Large family room with separate bedroom for the kids. The kids room was located at the back so insulated from the street noise not that there was much and it got quiet after 9pm. I took ear plugs but didn’t need them. Staff went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after.

Staff here are very friendly. The room is very clean and spacious . It was easy to connect with the hotel via WhatsApp for pick up from airport. Sad that I had to stay only one (1) night as I had to leave to Sapa the next day. They even prepared me a breakfast before my early morning departure to Sapa. Will definitely come back to this hotel for sure. No regrets and it’s Highly Recommended to stay here.

Awesome location and fantastic rooms, but the absolute stars of this place are the staff. They were unbelievably kind and helpful. When we accidentally left an item behind on the way to the airport, they contacted us immediately and arranged to have it brought to us at the airport. Exceptional service. Thank you so much.

Great location (neat street and not far from night market), seemed ok for the amount I paid (not as good as the picture). Staff friendly and helpful. Lots of outside noise but I guess that Ha Noi all over
