9/10 Wonderful! (3,638 reviews)
Overall the property was well maintained, staff were very professional and helpful.
Palomino island were beautiful location, enjoy the ride on the big boat but not on the smaller boat.
Pools were amazing!
Balcony views from 1122 were espectacular, however which I would off stay in 1144.
Check in was excellent but check out the concierge was not as pleasant.
Didn’t understood the daily additional $65.00 service charges, since nothing out of the ordinary was offered.
We had to request the linens get replaced by day two.
We call for room service and it was not available.
It was a one time experience I don’t think we book it again.
