Glasgow Kid friendly Holidays

We loved the castle. Our room was very comfortable. The staff was kind and welcoming.

Staff were great, parking was a bit strange but managed to get parking at the hotel although paid twice as QPark does not refund bookings. Room is okay, clean, could do with a bit of a refresh in bathroom.

Loved the room, the executive lounge was a bonus. Location was superb, nothing at all to complain about! The young man working the evening shift was very helpful and friendly.

Very clean and well organized. Perfect for the business traveler and overnight tripper but the room was small with little space to spread out stuff and unpack luggage. Not good for a prolonged stay.

We love the blythswood. We stayed here two weeks ago and we had the most amazing stay. Last night was unfortunately slightly disappointing. It did not have the wow factor like normal. There was no greeting at the door, no offer to help with car or bags. We had received prosecco on arrival two weeks ago, but not yesterday. Our room was on the bottom floor which was fine. Spa was absolutely mobbed - we saw staff turn away guests due to how busy it was in the limited spa hours. We were only given one set of slippers in our room. The moisturiser didn’t work so couldn’t use it after the shower. We did have a nice time but nothing stood out compared to normal. If this was our first stay I don’t think we would have rushed back.
