We had a fabulous 3 night stay at this hotel. Location and facilities were excellent but the best thing about it was the wonderful staff. Customer service was off the scale.
If I come back to HK, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

All was good except the Lounge Staff. I felt like I was not welcome there. Ordered 2 beers and a cheese platter. Waited 20 minutes after the beer and no cheese platter. When I asked about it, the guy was non-caring and relied with a "will bring it now". I told him to forget it and left.
He Tried getting a tip as well. :).
After that, I ordered room service and the service was Excellent!
