Hotel was excellent, great location, plenty to do nearby! Staff very friendly and hotel was nice and clean

Very impressed with this hotel, great location as close to most things and public transport. Room very clean and quiet, comfortable bed and had all you need . Breakfast buffet was a lovely surprise , lots of choice and everything fresh. The only negative thing I can say is hotel is over 2 buildings so took a few times to learn my way around. I shall look forward to my next stay

My partner and me stayed for one night. This place has great potential but they need to work on several areas. It was very clean the room was very nice and the air con was spot on. Negatives breakfast. Yes it’s a bonus getting a breakfast in a London hotel but this was very poor. No hot water in morning so no shower which was very very disappointing. No explanation as to why . Barman in evening when we returned after watching London show not particularly receptive . A bit of courtesy goes a long way. In summary lots of things to be improved but with a bit of effort this will be achievable

I loved the Hotel Riu London Westminister. The hotel was clean, secure, and provided a nice breakfast in the morning. The hotel was situated about 10-15 minutes walking distance from the london subway station. It was within walking distance to Big Ben, Parliament, Westminster Abbey, and other tourist sites. The hotel made Uber access very easy for its guests. The staff was very helpful and responded to requests very quickly. However, I wish the hotel had a restaurant that provided dinner service. The closest restaurants were within 10 minutes walking distance. After a long day of touring, it was tiring to have to walk 10-15 minutes to locate a place to have dinner. Despite this, I would choose to stay at the Hotel Riu London Westminister when I returm to London.

Lovely hotel close to the Tube and great restaurants.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The experience started perfectly with an incredibly easy and fast check-in process, allowing me to get settled without any delays after travelling. The room was spotless and exceptionally well maintained, with a high standard of cleanliness throughout. A particularly nice touch was the complimentary mini fridge, which was stocked with a generous selection of free drinks and snacks. The highlight, however, was the stunning rooftop bar. The views were breathtaking, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. The complimentary champagne made the experience even more special and provided a memorable finish to the evening. Overall, an excellent hotel offering outstanding service, thoughtful extras, and a truly memorable guest experience. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Wonderful hotel. Customer service was amazing. Loved the message board. Rooms were very comfortable. Great location to visit and tour London from. Loved our stay.
