The room was spacious but needs a refresh, it was dated. Carpet had stains. I would definitely not rate as a 4 star hotel. No coffee maker in the room. No food available in the hotel. No sundries store for items and sodas, no ice machines, no bar or restaurant. No pool or gym. Only one elevator worked. The empty bar space on the first floor had ripped leather chairs and was in need of some TLC.
The location was great and quiet for sleeping. The staff was very good and helpful. The facility was disappointing for being rated as 4 stars.
