The room and facility was nice but there were no toiletries, not enough towels, bedding. It felt a little baren

Staff was good rooms clean however rooms are small no smart tv bathroom is very very small balconies doors do not open $40 per day to valet park is a scam and they charge for the complimentary breakfast definitely not a 4 star hotel

The gym and the general location are the shining stars of this property. The gym has all the equipment and weights you need to get any workout done and very well maintained and clean. The location is opposite the Beverly center so that says it all.

I had an excellent experience staying at the Sun Rose West Hollywood Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to be courteous and kind. It was quiet and peaceful, and my room was lovely. Surprisingly tranquil for Sunset Boulevard.

This hotel is excellent. I was in town to visit both of my kids in college and I cannot say enough about the Huntley. A beautiful hotel overlooking the beach with an accommodating and welcoming staff. The team helped to make my daughter's birthday extra special by upgrading us AND surprising us in the room with cookies and chocolates. This was only the beginning. I'll be back for sure! Great place to stay however they were under construction so we were not able to use the balcony which I specifically got the room for . It was noisy in the morning so we could not sleep in. Besides that, place was great

When choosing a hotel, some people want The most modern buildouts, amenities they aren't going to use, and status that doesn't matter in the end, and thats not to say Eurostars wallstreet lacks any of that. I choose Comfort and a place where the staff remembers you and strives for service of the highest order. Everytime I book a stay, Facondo and melisa, and their team are their to take care of me and it shows. The rooms are some of the biggest hotel rooms in Manhattan, and at night the area is quiet..for NYC. Spectacular location. Spectacular service. I book here every time Im in NYC, which has been going on 5 years straight. I finally decided not to be dumb and become a member this year in march, and I have stayed at this hotel so many times I am about to be a gold member. If you want feel like a new Yorker and not a traveler, this is your hotel.

Staff was great, room was clean and views were beautiful.

Rooms were clean. Had everything. Staff was wonderful. Negative was no food room service. Menu at restaurant was limited. And food was Uber expensive ?50 dollars for breakfast for one is a bit much when the closest restaurant outside is too far to walk in the cold and rain and at night we felt unsafe. Otherwise hotel was great

Good & bad good kuz its peaceful & quiet but bad kuz you have to pay $12 everyday you are there for parking & $250 deposit thats way to much
