Overall, it was a good stay for the most part. Hotel is clean, service is great, the new sports bar on the casino floor is also great. The reason for 3 start is because of the gym staff. Grabbed a towel from the towel stand rather than the ones placed on the counter, I was then, surprised, scoffed by the gym attendant, this middle aged lady with hair tied back. Still not sure what I did wrong as towels are there to be used. It was the most memorable movement of the stay, which is a shame. It only takes one staff to ruin a start in a great resort.
