"Beautiful family run agriturismo. Clean and spacious room, spotless bathroom, Breakfast was 1st class however a hot option ie omelette would only improve it. Only problem advertisement on expedia stated pool after a 15 min walk around the extensive gardens etc no pool was to be found !"

"It was an amazing location right in the centre of the old town. Very beautiful and quiet. Many steps involved but it was high up so less than other places and if you are going to Matera, you need to be good with steps. Wish we’d stayed 2-3 nights."
