Breakfast is terrible. Chef don't serve an extra piece of bread. No tea or drink if you late to have breakfast. I left a loaf of bread for the cook to serve others if someone asks. The apartment was superb. But WiFi was down for the whole day

Action better than words, if is not good, I will not stayed for 3 times. Will be good if can enhance morning breakfast.

What I liked about it, it's only 5 minutes walk to Conlay MRT station. I loved the coffee machine in the office I could make a nice cup of coffee anytime. Bed very comfortable. What I did not like is they do not provide face washer, hand towels and there is no conditioner. No microwave.

Diana at the front office is very efficient, professional and yet friendly. She made check in a breeze. Buffet breakfast is very good with a good spread of local & western choices. Will stay here again when in KL.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Room is clean, comfortable and comes with lots of amenities.

There’s room for improvement at this iconic Mandarin Oriental hotel in Kuala Lumpur. I loved the spacious apartment-style room, but it could definitely benefit from updates and refurbishment to reflect a more modern aesthetic. The guest services and location are truly outstanding. The breakfast buffet offers a generous selection of both international and local dishes, with plenty of variety to choose from. During our stay, a large group event specifically an Indian group was in-house, which made the hotel feel a bit overwhelmed. Many facilities and common areas became overcrowded, affecting the overall experience and ambiance. Mandarin Oriental is known for its exclusivity and catering to a high-end market, so I hope future stays will better reflect that standard.

Excellent stay I have to say. Check in was chaotic and should be improved. Hotel sent a basket of fruit as an apology. Staff excellent. Great area to stay. Would definitely return.
