Great hotel, the food was fantastic, staff were lovely, clean everywhere, lovely pool with nice music and a real centre for cyclists. Alcudia was a great location to see a lot of Majorca too.

Excellent location close to all amenities and coastal walk to Palma. Breakfast very high quality with wide range of choice and preferences. Easy access to airport on public transport. Due to hotel location, the flight path might not be for everyone. Highly recommended!

The hotel does not have hot tubs as advertised in Expedia.
No coffee machine in the room. (First time I see this in my life). You can find coffee only at the buffet if you pay for it. or wait until 10 am for the pool bar with cafeteria.
There is no option of coffee in the rooms for the ones who likes to have coffee first thing in the morning while still in pijama.
The air conditioner fan was pretty loud like is broken or need maintenance. we couldn’t use it.
Elevator display fell off while we were using it.
Other than this, it was fine, very relaxing, clean, quiet, beds are ok, location is great, neighborhood is lovely, chick in was easy, and nice staff.

Ok property but very strict policies - charged a late checkout fee of €20 for 1 hour which was a result of misunderstanding. Wouldn’t be a first choice for my next visit to Palma as a result.
