Clean room and staff are friendly

Very friendly staff and the rooms were always made by housekeeping

Staff were super friendly and accommodating. We stayed right across from the laundry room & every time we walked by, someone asked how our stay was & if anything was needed. I even borrowed a screw driver for my daughter’s toy. Pool is also kid friendly & happy hour was awesome!

Clean, friendly people, good location, away from waikiki busy areas but close enough to go to beach.

This was a last minute reservation as the original stay got cancelled. Overall it met our needs. When the listing said Murphy bed I assumed it meant second bed but it was the only bed. When down it makes the room more crowded than a regular hotel room. The shower valve was broken and they tried a quick fix which didn’t work so we could not shower. The Internet was up and down and would work on some devices but not others. On the plus side the AC kept the room comfortable and the kitchenette was well stocked and met our needs. Staff was pleasant and friendly but could not do anything to resolve the issues with the room during our two night stay.

The front office staff Mila was very helpful and professional . she answered all are questions . Thanks for the welcoming !!!!

Good location with easy access to Fort DeRussy Park and beach, good partial ocean view with balcony.
