We had an updated 14th floor ocean front corner Jr. Suite with two balconies. The views were awesome, and could hear nightly live music from Dukes patio.
The King bed looked out to the ocean, nice way to wake up. The only issue was the TV's did not work. But who goes to Waikiki to watch TV?
The entire property is under going a year long renovation, so there was limited elevators, no lobby and construction noise M-F. The on-site ABC store shut down too.
Dukes and the Hulu Grill were excellent, as was the entire staff.
It would have been 5 Stars across except for the renovation. Can't wait until they are finished.

The hotel was very nice. The elevators were fast and the pool was a nice place to relax. The beach was across the street and there were many dining choices within walking distance. Wasn't a fan of the carpet choice. It looked like it was old and warn! But it was on every floor that we visited.
