This is a good stay if you’re looking to unwind and not do much. This resort isn’t the turn up spot at all but it is perfect for some peace and quiet. I do with the food options weren’t so limited and a little better in quality.

This was one of the most disgusting, distressing and unacceptable hotel experiences my family has ever endured. We arrived at a filthy room with hair, residue, buildup and debris. Despite repeated complaints, the problems continued for days. I ended up cleaning the bathroom myself during a vacation I had paid for. My mother, who has serious mobility limitations following major knee surgery, was repeatedly denied suitable transportation and had to struggle onto the resort's high train with a stranger's help, hurting her knee and leg. She spent much of our vacation in pain. We also dealt with missing towels, inadequate housekeeping and difficulties getting her breakfast while she was unable to leave the room. To make matters worse, my $4,470 Cartier watch went missing during our stay. I filed a report with hotel Security and requested an investigation and preservation of evidence. Even our departure was a nightmare: after paying $100 for airport transportation, we were dropped at the wrong terminal, facing a reported 20-minute walk despite my mother's condition. I financed this trip to give my parents a beautiful family vacation. Instead, I spent it cleaning, complaining, worrying about my mother's pain and dealing with one problem after another. Absolutely disgraceful. Never again.
