Quite a good bungalow, large, spacious. Of the minuses I will note the already quite outdated equipment and furniture. The jacuzzi is too old and does not heat the water, so there is no need to use it. The housing needs repairs, as there are many cracks where insects crawl. Overall, a good bungalow, the resort has a large stunning pool with a view of the sea.

This hotel has hidden assets that could make it a world-class resort on Phu Quoc Island.　With just one more step, it could become world-famous.　Personally, I don't want anyone to know about it. Cottage-type resort hotels are not uncommon in Phu Quoc, but a combination of a beachfront location on a small mountain with an infinity pool and rooms is rare. Even when they are rare, the cottages are often modern, lacking authenticity and failing to appeal to Western or developed tourists. I think this is a genuinely wonderful resort hotel where you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise on the patio. At the Green Bay Resort, we have an old-fashioned architectural style that I believe will satisfy tourists. In addition, the spa and pool are very satisfactory. Combined with the fact that it is not crowded, it has a secluded resort feel. The problems can be summarized as follows: 1. Hot water capacity: 2. Limited dinner and breakfast options. 3. Beach clarity The beach is well-maintained, so it is understandable that there is nothing that can be done about the water quality. The first issue is critical. Despite the deep moated bath, the water cools down without reaching even 10 cm. We wait until the heat tank heats up, but it takes almost two hours, and the accumulated water is cold by then. In short, it's impossible to enjoy a Japanese-style bath with water kept at nearly 40°C until the end of the day. Cassia Cottage was a highlight of our Vietnam stay! The location (accessible to main town), gorgeous beach/pool outlook, best food in Vietnam onsite at Spice House, morning yoga with a great instructor, and above all a really lovely staff - nothing was too much trouble and they were genuinely so kind. Superb!

Salinda is a beautiful, private location. It’s like being on an island by yourself. The view of the beach and pool are spectacular and the gardens are lush. Everything is integrated with nature and it is healing and recuperative and a great way to unwind after the rush, rush of traveling through Japan and mainland Vietnam. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was great too (though we only ate the breakfast in-site—we ate at local restaurants for dinner (I highly recommend the Lobster Cave, near the night market.). Salinda staff cleaned our rooms every day without being asked; towels and umbrellas are provided depending on your needs and everything is provided with loving care. I truly enjoyed our 4 night stay at Salinda and will definitely try to come back. The only negative: it doesn’t appear that the hotels and bars in Vietnam don’t really understand how to make international cocktails. (Like pina coladas (not blended) for my daughter, or cosmopolitans for me.). But it’s a minor complaint. Everything else was top notch.

My villa room was huge & looked comfy! However, my blanket was discovered dirty and towels on the third day were also soiled. Property is dated and furnishings are old. Aircon in the Flow Restaurant was not working during my entire stay. Don't expect top-notch service from the staff; if they ever greet you a "Good morning" or "Hello", that's the best they can do. Property is about 15-20 mins ride away from the town area, and it's not possible to walk out to the main road. Only 1 restaurant is available for lunch & dinner, and food options are limited. Breakfast spread is considered normal. Fortunately, it's still affordable to get a ride to town and night market area. It's a good resort away from the hustle and bustle of life cos their villa room is big, the property is huge with lots of greenery and they have their own private beach, though next time, I would just stay for 2 nights only.

Beautiful hotel located on a gorgeous oceanfront beach. The room: nice and clean. Little details that we like: provided sandals for the room & beach, the laundry line to hang up our wet swim suits. The pool: nice and big The restaurants: the beach bistro has a nice view. The breakfast buffet has plenty of options and all were delicious. Afternoon tea: a nice bonus extra The staff: friendly, courteous & helpful. The person who checked us in was knowledgeable. He spent time explaining things in details with us. The airport transfers and bus were convenient and made it easy to commute bt places.
