The hotel was very clean, staff was able to accommodate me earlier into my room prior to check in, great amenities. and it was located in a great location

Besides being in Paradise, the staff at the resort was the absolute best! Every encounter with a a staff person was the same. Kind, friendly and genuinely caring.

Rooms were very tired, as was the rest of the hotel, except the reception and lobby area. Sea view from room was lovely, but balcony furniture was very basic. Public bathrooms were in desperate need of renovation, not on par with Hiltons usual standards. This is certainly not a 4 star hotel and not worth the $400 + per day.

The Resort is very nice,clean and staff were all very nice and helpful. Food was delicious. Beach and pool were relaxing. Would definitely come back.
