Good hôtel for transit

The Dinarobin was the most beautiful stunning hotel that I have ever stayed in. The setting is absolutely stunning the room’s spacious and the staff keep them really clean. The dining options are great catered for all tastes. The staff at Dinarobin can not do enough for you they go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasant one they are so polite and courteous.

Pretty much a faultless experience. The team at Prince Maurice is the finest we have ever encountered and a special mention to Nishal, Rajesh and Ravi for their incredible service and friendly conversation. Beautiful surroundings, charming colonial style rooms and a fabulous cellar.

This is a very well run resort with friendly helpful staff, great food and luxurious surroundings including a white sand beach and several pools. There are plenty of activities like watersports, golf, tennis and paddel and a stylish cocktail bar with a variety of live cover bands performing every evening. Food and drink is expensive so the all inclusive option is a good one.

No ironing facilities provided in room. I had a tour booked, which got cancelled. However, the hotel did not advise me that the tour had been booked. Resulted in a wasted day for me. Had I been informed, I could have arranged something else for that day. Table service at bar was quite slow most days. Several power outages during my stay. Road from airport to hotel is very bad, especially when driving at night in the dark. Staff were excellent. Prestige room was very good.

Nothing within walking distance

The Dinarobin was the most beautiful stunning hotel that I have ever stayed in. The setting is absolutely stunning the room’s spacious and the staff keep them really clean. The dining options are great catered for all tastes. The staff at Dinarobin can not do enough for you they go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasant one they are so polite and courteous.

We stayed at Le Jadis in one of their beach villas, and for the price they charge, the experience was honestly disappointing. We found several bugs — on the couch and even in the bathroom — and there were a lot of mosquitos, with my wife getting the majority of the bites. For a supposedly five-star luxury villa, that’s really not acceptable. Parking was also a hassle. Despite staying in one of their premium villas, I was asked to park outside the resort because there wasn’t enough parking available. For a hotel in this price range, that’s simply poor planning and not the kind of experience you expect. When we requested a late checkout, the hotel only offered an extra hour, even though they confirmed they weren’t fully booked. This was especially disappointing after explaining that my wife is pregnant — the lack of empathy and flexibility really stood out. Some of the staff members were great, particularly the waiters, who were polite and attentive. However, the concierge service could be improved — when I asked a few basic questions, they didn’t seem to know the answers and had to check with the manager. To make matters worse, we were accused of taking extra snacks from the minibar, which we did not. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional, especially given that we had already paid for a high-end villa experience. The food was good but limited, which again doesn’t justify the premium price tag. Beautiful quiet resort. Excellent staff. Lovely Spa. Glass bottom boat and snorkeling included were highlight as was the dining experience.
