I had fantastic experience at Heritage Hotel. The service and staff were excellent, friendly, nice and attentive specifically to Chin (housekeeper) and Eva The breakfast buffet offered nice variety of food. The room was dated but clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this place.

I would like to sincerely appreciate Rishab for his outstanding hospitality and service during our stay. From the moment we arrived till our departure, he ensured we were comfortable and well taken care of.
He was very courteous in following up after our stay to check on our experience, which reflects his genuine care for guests. Additionally, the special anniversary décor he arranged was simply beautiful and truly made our day memorable. His attention to detail and personal touch created lasting memories for us.
Rishab embodies the true spirit of Taj hospitality – warm, thoughtful, and professional. We are extremely grateful for his efforts and look forward to visiting again soon.
