The hotel is in a great location.

This is a nice hotel in a convenient location. We were able to walk to most of the downtown attractions or catch the bus a block away at the city hall. The room was clean, well maintained, and a good size. The breakfast buffet had a decent selection and was a good price compared to similar options in the area. The hotel staff were very accommodating, sending us a text when our room was available early. They were able to answer our questions about the area and called a taxi when needed. This was a very nice stay.

Rooms were cleaned daily and well done. The staff was courteous, friendly and accommodating in addressing any issues and inquiries. The spa was lovely and well maintained. We had an awesome and enjoyable time as a result.

Shower room is poorly designed.

Lovely place, good breakfast

Excellent stay, michellin starred restaurant, great vegetarian options. The staff was very welcoming and courteous, supporting early check ins and making us feel welcome.

Every detail was attended to. The staff were articulate, friendly, and knowledgeable. The hotel design and architecture is beautiful, clean and functional. The spa and lagoon are world class. Worth every penny for a memorable experience.
