Staff are super friendly. Pool, beach, restaurants, landscaping are all beautiful. Staff are friendly and everywhere. Family- friendly and quiet. Just a really nice place to relax.

The friendliness and consideration of ALL the staff,made our stay special.They suggested the upgrades and food discounts without us prompting and were always attentive to our needs. The rooms were clean and well appointed and felt luxurious, if you step out make sure to have mosquito spray! The grounds are better than the photos,the beach was great for me but very quite this end of the island. A short bumpy taxi ride will put you in the town in 10 minutes and costs around $12.00. Overall our stay was great and relaxing.

to start off thank you to Abdiel , the first interaction i had very helpful explained everything clearly and throughly. Every staff member i came across super welcoming and friendly and nice !! room was great environment was great . came to celebrate my birthday in Mexico and they reminded almost everyday I appreciate temptation and there staff very much !! The construction was one of the down sides. Otherwise the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good. Staff at the smaller buffet was the best. The restaurants by reservation were ok, we ended up leaving two of them and going to the buffet as the food was not better in the restaurants.

Very clean beautiful rooms, pool bar staff was amazing! Francesco was the best he attended us daily. Pool volley ball was so much fun and the foam party is a must!
