"Public bath was too crowded. There were no spaces for us. So, I didn’t use it, But the hotel asked us to pay Onsen tax. I think it should be included in the price when I booked."

"I was very surprised at how spacious the rooms were compared to other typical Japanese hotels. The accommodations were dates, but clean, cozy and great views. The onsen experience was fantastic and the convenience to the slopes is the biggest plus."
