For the price we paid, we honestly expected more from this hotel.
There were a few things that let the stay down. Our room had a fridge, but it wasn’t plugged in and there wasn’t a suitable power socket behind it.
We also had daily housekeeping, but the glasses we used were never replaced. On one occasion, we found a dirty pillowcase left on the floor, which we assume had been missed when the bedding was changed.
We were also surprised there was no coffee machine in the room. The hotel does provide coffee for a couple of hours in the morning, but having coffee available in the room would have been a much better basic amenity, particularly for the price.
On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable and we had a great night’s sleep.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, but we felt the hotel was overpriced for what it offered.
