I’ll first start by saying my bad experience’s first. To get to the hotel was a hassle, because the address listed on Expedia is not the correct address of the hotel therefore we were left stranded in front of someone’s house. We did have to contact the hotel and they were able to speak to the driver to let them know the exact address. Another bad experience we had was during checkout. We had booked a tour for the last morning in the hotel before checking out. We spoke to them the day before letting them know we would like to do a late checkout if possible, but they informed us that they were not able to accommodate but it was ok with us. The problem was the hotel provides beach towels, beach bag, and sandals for you to use during your stay and we were hoping to use all three things that morning during the tour. Please keep in mind that we were going to be dropped off at 12 PM and check out was at 12 PM. They first told us no and when we went to pick up our breakfast in the morning, then they said that they would allow it, but we basically had to beg to be able to use the items and I had to explain how if they had the deposit why wouldn’t we be able to use those items still. it felt like they were just not willing to help. To end on a good note, I ended up losing my prescription glasses cause I left them at the pool and someone took them. The staff went above and beyond by looking at the cameras and finding the person and going to their room to get my glasses back.

I love this place, the staff was very kind and helpful i love the food and everything i will come back to travel solo

Housekeeping could’ve done better, no attention to details about each room requirements. We had asked for toilet paper. They didn’t store the fresh drinking water & towels. Our pillows had a strong body/ hair odour smell. I told the housekeeper but she didn’t quite understand, only changed the pillowcases. They are currently doing refurbishing for the whole block and the one opposite us. Most of them are empty. Average breakfast, 8+ in the morning they already ran out out soya milk. The second morning, they couldn’t make the noodle soup because they didn’t have gas as what the waitress told me. Food quality was average and boring. Nice pool.

The gym was not huge but useful. Staff was nice and friendly.

We had a great experience staying at The Nature in Phuket. For a portion of our stay we stayed in the Deluxe Room and for the other portion we stayed in the Deluxe Pool Access Room. Both rooms were almost identical apart from how close you were to the pools. We also noticed that in the Pool Access Room that rather than there being 2 beds being squished together it was one big bed. Location was pretty decent you are about 8 - 10 minutes out from the Jungeylcon shopping centre. It cost about 200Baht if catching a standard grab otherwise there is a free shuttle. In terms of the hotel there is a lot of steps but there is golf carts they can transport you in and lots of ramps in places for wheelchair uses/prams. The pools were nice as well. There are 2 pools that had bars. Happy hour is great and so are the staff. The restaurants and buffets are also really nice. I would recommend checking out Neon the rooftop bar/restaurant as it has a beautiful view of the city. Overall it was a really nice stay. Also beach towels are provided with beach bag in your room which is a massive plus!

I stayed here for about a week for my husband’s birthday and it was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at so far! The staff were amazing, the buffet breakfast was so good, the amenities were great and the aesthetics of the hotel were everything. We booked the swim out room and got the floating breakfast and it was not only delicious, but instagram worthy! The hotel was at the top of a hill so you can see the ocean from the rooftop and it was less than a 10 minute drive to Patong Beach so there’s lots of nearby places to eat/activities to do.
