Upon arriving at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent condition of our room. It was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. After exploring the property and heading to the beach, we returned to find our bed meticulously arranged in a beautiful design, ready for us to get ready for bed. The small attention to detail was a lovely touch. The staff at the hotel was incredibly kind and helpful. Leudy, the front desk attendant, was particularly helpful during the check-in and check-out process. We can’t wait to return to this wonderful hotel!

The resort was beautiful and everyone treated us fantastically. Noris was our butler and she was fantastic. I highly recommend Noris!!!!

We stayed for 3 nights and had an amazing experience from beginning to end. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and relaxing, but the highlight of our trip was definitely our butler, Rafael. He went above and beyond every single day to make sure we were taken care of and truly made us feel special throughout our stay. His attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism made our vacation unforgettable. We also want to recognize Constantino, the lobby ambassador, who was always warm and welcoming. The service here was exceptional and we can’t wait to come back!

Everything is wonderful except food.

Beautiful resort but more work needed at the restaurants. While able to find enough to eat, dinners were sub-par and serious work is required to improve the food - not flavourful and inconsistent.
