Absolutely LOVE Levels. Great location, secured building,clean rooms and THE STAFF.... Impeccable! Franklin at the front desk made checking in a beautiful breeze. Will definitely be returning !

Place is nice but the bathroom is very outdated. Bath tub was clogging a bit. Very nice location tho. Walgreens and the mall were well within walking distance. So you could grab anything you needed.

The room has everything you need, a fridge and microwave, very convenient, and best of all, it's only a 5-minute walk to the park entrance gate!

Insta cart order was stolen in the 5 minutes between drop off and me getting down to get it. Self parking ridiculously expensive. Was there for the muscle contest. Sound system sucked. Couldn’t understand a word they said. Room was freezing. Waiting in line 3 hours to check in.

Loved our stay but the upgraded park views really aren't park views. You can see a peek of a roller-coaster. I thought we would be able to see fireworks but couldn't.

Pros : Large rooms , comfy beds, great location , diner on site is sensational Cons : stuffy smell in rooms , shower pressure Most reception staff seems unskilled and unwilling to help ( enquired about late check out willing to pay but “ we don’t do that” , then enquired about paying for the extra night but told to book online myself … as a hotel manager myself , this is insane to tell customer to book through a third party website whom you ll have to give 20%+ commission
