The booking came with nightly $75 room credit for food and beverages and a separate $20 drinks credit. When I checked in I had to check that this was on the reservation and they confirmed. They did not credit the amount and told me this could only be used at a specific restaurant even though to this day I have never been told. I asked specifically at check in if room service could be used and they said absolutely. I have stayed at this hotel several times and this has put me off from staying again. The food through room service and the restaurant at the pool was awful and the only reason I did not complain was because I thought most of the cost would be taken by the room credit. Avoid this hotel is my advice.
