This is the third time I come with my family. The staff is so professional and nice. The food is awesome and the service is great. I like this hotel and planning to come over more again.

It's a typical all inclusive hotel with good amenities, clean rooms and excellent food options. But the most amazed me was the staff that I felt like I'm at home and very comfortable. I was here for Russian Singer Hanna concert and it was a good entertainment option too. Also I stayed in Terrace Suite with amazing view and everything was spotless. I would come here with family and friends for sure.

Everything was absolutely wonderful, from the cleanliness and the exceptional service to the spacious rooms, which were equipped with every little detail you could possibly need. On top of that, fresh towels were provided twice a day. They were also very attentive to all our questions, requests, and needs, making sure everything was taken care of with great care and precision. I would like to thank everyone working at the resort—from the reception staff and housekeeping team to customer service. And of course, I cannot forget the waiters for all their hard work and patience with us. As for the food, it was definitely five stars and beyond! I truly believe they have some of the best chefs, without a doubt. Every night, they impressed us with an amazing variety of delicious dishes. I highly recommend this wonderful experience to everyone and big thank for Hotels app. for finishing all the steps softly.. You truly have to experience it for yourselves!

The hotel was great and we had a great time . there were few issues but the management sorted them out . staff were friendly and Murat and all his staff from the Palm lounge were great .
