Nice property, great location on the beach; however, one or more of the elevators were broken during our stay which resulted in long wait times and lots of folks using the stairs over the weekend.

Everything was great besides the check in line, which would easily be fixable if they allowed for mobile check in, or if the kiosks actually worked.

It’s hard to find the parking lot. Need a clear route map to the lobby and parking lot. Otherwise you just keep turning around the area.

Great central location. Helpful staff. Food on- site was all delicious. Easy access to taxis, uber and Lyft. The beds and room temperature were comfortable. The only downside was the long walk to the room after you got off the elevator. But, once in the room you didn't hear noise from other rooms or the hallways. I wish there was an option to opt out of the resort fees. I didn't use the pool or gym but still had to pay the fees. Require arm bands for those that want to use the extra amenities.

Large and spacious bathrooms

This reasonably priced boutique hotel is located in mid-Beach Miami so it is some distance from the South Beach restaurants and bars. It is beautifully designed, very clean and the rooms are quite comfortable. The negatives were the following: there is no restaurant other than a small coffee & danish café and the gym is not available yet. There is also no pool like many of the hotels in the area. It could also benefit from having two nightstands instead of one, and having at least one dresser in the room. The only place to put clothes is in some drawers under the bed. This meant that we were living out of our suitcases while we were there.
