The hotel was nice and rooms were a good size with comfortable beds. However, on floor 2 you can be near some clubs that can make it difficult to sleep on the weekend.

The hotel itself and the location were great. The only problem was the parking. You can’t drive up to the hotel at all because it’s near the parliament and other political institutions. There’s no way to get to the hotel by car. The GPS kept rerouting, probably because it didn’t “understand” why access was blocked. There are police on every corner, so if you try to drive up, you risk getting a fine. This should definitely be mentioned when booking the hotel, so you know what to expect.
