The room was not located in the main resort as expected. The room was dark and had a light that was out. The hair dryer didn't work. Attempting to get the problems resolved took hours. We were able to get help only after shift change

Impressive property… amenities were super. Vic & Anthony’s steakhouse was delicious. Room was large and very comfortable with great view of the enormous pool area. Definitely stay here again!
