interesting open bathroom layout. Walls are thin so be ready to run on other people’s schedule.

Clean rooms and the staff was very friendly

Although the property was beautiful, the service was not. We requested towels to the room two days in a row, which were never received. You are required to speak to an AI bot for concerns; when we finally did speak with a live person, they stated it could take up to two hours to complete our request, well two days later and still no towels!
