I paid to have early check in easy and the staff was really helpful. Only thing is the food is mid and I had to ask the staff to change my sheets and pillows multiple times because they would come in the room and just make the bed with the same sheets and say they cleaned

Best location. Comfortable and clean

The hotel was very clean, modern and super close to universal studios. They also have a ticketing office and large buffet. I just wish they would have assisted me with my luggage. They had luggage carts but I was stuck having to take it up to my room. Also, the coffee shop did not open till 8:00am, so I had to wait to buy my coffee.

As foreigners, we were treated a little differently by the staff. They weren't as welcoming. The beds are very firm, and if you like that, then great, but be aware that the mattresses are very firm. The bathrooms were nice, and had lots of amenities. Breakfast was very nice as well. The gym and outdoor pool were accessible only via an additional charge. The rooms need to be updated. The rooms were clean, but not up to date. The location and the views from the hotel are top notch. It's a fine hotel, depending on your priorities.
