When booking for more people, you need to add them in the reservation. Otherwise you will be charged for $15 per people. At night the street is very noisy and you can hear the noise from the room till midnight

Points positifs:Hôtel près des pyramides et du grand Musée. Situé dans un quartier bouillonnant d’activités.
Personnels gentils.
Points négatifs: un peu loin du Nil du centre ville ainsi que les autres attractions.
Entrée de l’hôtel n’est pas évident. Même l’adresse n’était pas évidente pour les chauffeurs de taxi et Uber. Le Petit déjeuner n’était pas attrayant.

Great hotel, but very uncomfortable getting a reservation at the hotel restaurants. I asked for a 7-7:30 pm reservation at the Chinese one, but they only offered 11:00 pm (explained to them that I was waking up at 5:00 am the next day). Was impossible. After that, I asked for an Italian table, and I was told it was fully booked. I was not happy, and I spoke to the manager. They offer me at 7:00 as long as I leave at 8:15pm…. unbelievable. Finally, they say yes… worse: see the video at my arrival. When I left, 30% of the tables were empty (I did not visit the Chinese one), but I bet you had a few open tables. Maybe they have blocked tables in case a prince arrives. The rest, excellent
