Staff not cooperative at all. They said they released the deposit but the money never returned. We forgot something in the room they said they will look for it and come back to us and never did. They are unreachable. They dont answer emails nor phone calls. They simply disappear when it comes to customer service.

EasyJet cancelled our flights and we were unable to make our check in. Although we could have made it to keep some of our booking, we were advised, by Expedia and the hotel that we were considered a no show and that there could be no change in the dates or a refund - or that we could still show up for some of the booking. Expedia managed to do sweet fa to resolve the situation even slightly. To be fair to the hotel, this treatment seems standard but I would have expected Expedia to at least attempt to help us out as we have used their service but they seem happy to just push this to the less than straightforward insurance claims world to attempt to recover some of our losses. Bit rubbish all round.

Lovely time we had on our stay on our honeymoon. Every thing was great the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The room service was amazing and really enjoyed it. Room was always so clean and comfortable. Really recommend this place. Will definitely be back in the future and have a great time.
