The cleanliness of the room can be improved, found strands of hair on the floor after cleaning. Hotel is conveniently located above the train station. Airport limousine drop-off is very near to the hotel. Overall experience of the hotel is okay.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The property was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was extremely convenient, and the room itself was comfortable and spacious. The only real disappointments were the lack of air conditioning and the absence of a microwave in the room. The absence of air conditioning made the evenings a little uncomfortable, and a microwave would have been useful for quick reheating food. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel provided a great experience, and I would consider staying again - especially if these amenities are added in the future.

Clean communal areas, quiet and business friendly. Decent gym facilities. The rooms were on the small side.

Central location, short walk to an endless array of restaurants and close to the markets and transportation.

This is my go-to hotel brand whenever visiting seoul. Great value for money! Friendly and helpful staffs, service is always reliable.

Excellent customer service, well stocked amenities, spacious and clean room with comfortable bed. Great view of the city.

Loved the bathtub in the room. So modern design and super clean. Staffs are wonderful. I would 10000% want to come back for sure!!
